Terms and Conditions
RULES
I don't do realism, semi realism only.
I can do: NSFW (not safe for work), furry, gore, grotesque, backgrounds, chibi, icons, character designs, concept arts, animals, diverse art styles, simple mecha.
I won't do: pieces which I'm not comfortable with, AI art of any sort, pieces that carry any sort of hatred towards anyone or any group.
I have the right to completely refuse doing any work for any reason.
Backgrounds, characters with a complicated design, extra characters, or more complicated pieces, will have additional charges.ABOUT PAYMENT
I accept payments through Paypal or Pix (only for Brazilian users).
Pieces that cost less than 40 USD requires the client to pay full price before the start of the project (I will not start the piece if the payment isn't done); the ones that exceed 40 USD can be payed in partial amounts.
Corrections and changes could happen during the production of the piece, during the sketching phase, changes are free, but changing anything, after the sketching phase, that was previously estipulated will have additional costs, except when the correction was a mistake of my part.PROCESS AND DELIVERY
You can place your order by email or DM in my social media (tik tok, instagram or twitter). After that, we'll discuss the order and, if everything is on the guidelines, settle the payment. After, I'll start working on the piece, sending pictures of the process step's throughout the project. Commissions usually take a while to finish, please be patient.
You will receive the full painting in the original resolution after I finish it. I'll send the final product via Google Drive link.COPYRIGHT POLICY
The artist holds all rights to all commissioned pieces.
I have the right to upload the piece on my social platform and include it in my portfolio. If you're not comfortable with that please let me know.
If you are willing to use the commissioned piece for non personal use purposes, we will discuss an extra charge and an agreement on the copyright & usage.
The client can't modify, sell, claim the artwork as their own, trace the artwork, remove the watermark, use the artwork for self profit.
The client can print the artwork and use it for any personal use, claim the rights of their characters in the piece, use the artwork in commercial use if it was aggreed in advance.ABOUT REFUNDS
Refunds can be solicited during the production process.
I'll refund or cancel the commission in any circumstance, except when asked because of dissatisfaction of the client towards the finished piece.
Refunds solicited during the sketching phase will be given back 75% of the payed price, any other phases only 20% of the original price will be given back, the price not retrieved back will pay the labor and time spend on the piece.
